For the period 2010-2012, the SCB2 currently consists of a Chairman, a Secretary, 24 Regular Members and 11 Observer Members.

The Chairman is from Switzerland and the secretary from Canada.

The 24 countries represented by Regular Members are Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech and Slovak Reps., Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, New Zeland, Norway, Russia, South Africa, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.

The 11 countries represented by Observers are Algeria, Argentina, Egypt, India, Iceland, Israel, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland and Venezuela.

The 35 constituents of the SC come from Utilities (26), Manufacturers (3) and Universities/Institutes (3), from Consultants (3).
